SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Last week Sioux Falls was unexpectedly hit by three F2 tornadoes, causing significant damage to many businesses and power outages throughout the city. Since then residents and contractors have banded together in efforts to clean up the city removing natural and unnatural debris.
