SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Only two Sioux Falls remain closed from flooding.
They are Spencer Park and Pasley Park.
The bike trail system remains barricaded in places because of flooding or debris.
After floodwaters recede, the City will clean up the bike trail.
