SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A group of women robbed the Golden Bowl Restaurant in central Sioux Falls about 5 p.m. today.
The restaurant is located at 2600 South Spring Avenue.
An eyewitness tells KELO.com News that some women came into the restaurant. One of them distracted the waitress at the front of the restaurant by having her go back to the kitchen to prepare their order. Then the women broke into the back office behind the desk at the front and took cash and credit cards.
Sioux Falls Police were quickly on the scene.
KELO.com News will attempt to find out more about the robbery this weekend. It will likely be an item the police discuss at Monday’s daily police briefing.
