SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls’ forecast:
A pleasant start to Fall is expected today.
Sunshine will allow temperatures to climb into the 70s. A front will approach the area on Tuesday, bringing a risk for thunderstorms by the late afternoon and evening.
The risks are mostly confined to areas of Southwest Minnesota, Northwest Iowa, and Eastern Nebraska. Strong to severe storms are possible.
Quiet conditions return for the middle and end of the week.
