SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls Police arrest a man who tried to kick in his ex’s apartment door, left, and returned with a shotgun.
He said he would kill her.
Cory James Kostelecky, 28, of Sioux Falls, is charged with aggravated assault domestic and violation of a no-contact order.
The incident took place last night in the 4500 block of East 42nd Street.
The woman, 30, was not harmed.
