SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Here’s an update from Dan Letelliler, FSD manager, on the diverted aircraft:
- Delta flight from ORD to SEA diverted to FSD around 8:35am. Psgr was a 63 year old male that had some health concerns which warranted the divert here. Flight was north of Pierre before the decided to back-track to FSD. Psgr was alert and conscious when transported to the hospital. Flight departed again around 9:45am.

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — An airliner headed from Chicago to Seattle landed in Sioux Falls this morning because of a medical emergency.
A man experienced sudden health problems.
He was taken to a Sioux Falls hospital.
According to Radarbox24.com, the flight is Delta Flight 894, an Airbus 319.
The flight originated in Chicago, leaving O’Hare International Airport at 6:06 ap.m. It landed at Sioux Falls Regional Airport about 8:30 a.m. At 10:06 a.m., it was back in the air to Seattle, just east of the Missouri River in eastern South Dakota.
