CANTON, S.D. (KELO.com) — The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department commits a random act of kindness.
A young man comes to the county courthouse in Canton. He wants to look is best so he dresses up. But, he doesn’t know how to tie his neck tie.
So Deputy, Lowell Nelson, ties it for him.
The Sheriff’s Office posts a picture on Facebook, snapped by a passer-by.
“It was just his luck that he happened to cross paths with one of our deputies that knew how to tie a tie and graciously tied it for him.”
The Sherrif’s Office says the job isn’t always about enforcing laws, writing tickets or arresting people.
