SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Some Sioux Falls City Councilors bundled up Tuesday morning to tour the downtown parking ramp project in the bitter cold.
They had a big vote scheduled later that day on the extra money the TenHaken Administration is asking for to complete the ramp.
Councilor Theresa Stehly calls the parking ramp situation a “huge murky mess.”
City officials led the ramp tour to explain why the extra $1.5 million is needed to finish the project.
Councilors Stehly, Pat Starr, and Janet Brekke were on the tour.
