SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Thirty-five of 40 Minnehaha County businesses passed a recent alcohol compliance check.
The Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Office conducted the checks.
- The five businesses that did not pass were:
The 38 Roadhouse near Sioux Falls and Ellis.
Friendly’s Fuel Stop in Humboldt.
Friendly’s Fuel Stop in Baltic.
The Goat Bar and Grill in Hartford.
And the Coffee Cup Fuel Stop in Brandon.

The Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Office conducted liquor compliance checks of area businesses that have alcohol sales licenses. These checks included businesses with either liquor or malt beverage licenses. These checks are done periodically throughout the county in an effort to reduce the incidents of underage purchase of alcoholic beverages.
