SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — 46-year old Adam Michael Tanner of Sioux Falls has been indicted on charges that he knowingly and intentionally, combined, conspired, confederated, and agreed with others to knowingly and intentionally distribute and possess, with the intent to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine.
The investigation is being conducted by the Northern Plains Safe Trails Drug Enforcement Task Force and the Pierre Police Department. Tanner has been remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service pending trial. A trial date has not been set.
