SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A Minnesota man has been busted at a city park in Hartford, South Dakota, accused of planning to meet a girl under 16 for sex.
Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Captain Josh Philips says its a warning that parents need to be more aware of internet safety.
“Being involved with your children and going through their I-pads, X-box, PlayStation, any of those things they use to communicate with others.”
When Nathan Grondahl, 24, of St. Cloud, Minnesota showed up at Turtle Creek Park the girl was not there, but the authorities were – in unmarked cars.
Grondahl has been charged with child pornography, solicitation of a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
