SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls’ Thanksgiving forecast timeline:
Another potent winter storm will take aim on the Northern Plains over the next few days.
Travel will be impacted around much the area, as powerful low pressure spins into the region Friday evening.
Expect multiple rounds of light snow, sleet, rain, and freezing drizzle beginning Thanksgiving afternoon and continuing through Sunday evening.
In addition strong easterly then northerly winds of 30 to 40 mph, will prevail throughout the area.
