SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Street construction update:
Street Closure – 54th Street North
Beginning on Thursday, December 5, 2019, West 54th Street North at North Marion Road will be closed to allow construction crews to perform utility work. Motorists will be detoured to University Trail. North Marion Road traffic will be shifted and roadway width reduced while construction is underway. One lane of traffic in each direction will be maintained on Marion Road at all times.
This work at West 54th Street North is anticipated to be completed by Saturday, December 7, 2019. Work along Marion Road is anticipated to end for the season by mid-December and will resume in the spring.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
