SIOUX FALLS S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls residents who were affected by storms and flooding in September have a new resource for help.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is setting up a disaster recovery center in Sioux Falls.
The center is located at Southeast Technical Institute at 2000 North Career Avenue, open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. People affected by natural disasters in September can get in touch with recovery resources in person.
South Dakotans can also register for assistance at DisasterAssistance.gov or by calling 800-621-3362 (800-462-7585 TTY).
The center is part of a statewide effort to help South Dakotans affected by storms and flooding this fall.
