SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — After the weekend, Sioux Falls Fire Rescue is still in the lead in the “Heroes Behind the Badges” blood drive.
As of Monday morning, they are in the lead with 180 blood donations. The Sioux Falls Police Department isn’t too far behind though with 172 donations.
The total of 352 donations so far will help more than 1,000 patients.
All donations will go to the Community Blood Bank. The competition runs through Saturday, January 4th.
