SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls has its first shooting of 2020.
Very early New Year’s morning, police responded to reports of gunshots in the 1300 block of S. Cleveland Avenue.
The gunshot victim was being treated for non-life threatening injuries at a local hospital.
Three people have been arrested, facing various charges:
Jorey Layne Davis, 24, Flandreau, SD, arrested for Aggravated Assault, Possession of Firearm while Intoxicated, Discharge of Firearm at Vehicle and Possession of Stolen Property and Possession of Firearm by Felon.
Larissa Rose Rederth, 24, Sioux Falls, arrested for Possession of Firearm by Felon, Aggravated Assault and Possession of Stolen Property.
Jeremy Leo Davis, 28, Sioux Falls, arrested for Aggravated Assault.
Police had yet to provide any other details at the time this story was written.
