SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — While the Sioux Falls Police continue to investigate the kidnapping and death of Pasqalina Esen Badi, they say some other suspect attempted to get into a car while a woman was in it.
Police say a man came to a woman’s car door and tried the door handle.
She locked the door.
She then cracked the window and yelled at the man.
He remains at large.
No one was hurt.
