SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls City Council may consider allowing property owners to have as many political signs in their yards as they like.
Currently, property owners have a two-sign limit.
City Council gets its first look at the January 14 regular meeting.
City planners recommend the change because there may be up to four different elections in any even-numbered year with multiple candidates and multiple ballot questions.
Planners also recommend that the time limit for displaying yard signs be increased from 60 to 90 days.
