- ALMOST A BURNING MAN
Sioux Falls Police had to drag a man out of his burning house that he appears to have set on fire.
Thomas Emil Hildring, 42, from Sioux Falls, is charged with reckless burning and obstruction of police officers.
Authorities say he set multiple fires in his home in the 1600 block of South 5th Avenue last night. When Sioux Falls Fire Rescue arrived, he refused to leave the dwelling.
The police say they don’t know why Hildring set the fires. No one was hurt in the incident.
- WEAPON WAVER ON SOUTH TEA-ELLIS ROAD
Yesterday evening, a motorist got a scare.
They say someone waved a gun at them while they were on South Tea-Ellis Road.
The Sioux Falls Police say they know of no motive and are investigating. No one was hurt.
