SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Lincoln County has charged 19-year old Amir Hasan Beaudion, Jr. in connection with the death of 20-year old Pasqalina Badi on January 5th. Lincoln County State’s attorney Tom Wollman says the 15-count indictment against Beaudion.includes:
*first-degree murder
*second-degree murder
*first-degree aggravated kidnapping
*second-degree rape
*second-degree robbery.
