SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A 67-year old Flandreau man has been charged with aggravated sexual abuse of a child.
Upon conviction, Cecil Long would get up to life in federal prison and/or a $250,000 fine.
He is charged with knowingly engaging in, and attempt to engage in, sexual acts with a child who was under the age of 12.
