SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — While Iowans go to their caucus sites tonight to help pick a Democratic nominee for President, Sioux Falls residents have voted with their tastebuds.
Parker’s Bistro’s 210 Burger, a waygu patty served with house-made green chili bacon, harvati, fresno jelly and a jalapeño popper on a brioche bun won the 7th Annual Downtown Burger Battle.
In second place was Bread & Circus with the “B&C Raclette Burger” and The Market with the “SoDakGrown Burger” following in third place.
Parker’s Bistro will keep the traveling Downtown Burger Battle trophy until next year.

SIOUX FALLS, SD – For the first time, Parker’s Bistro is the champion of the 7th Annual Downtown Burger Battle presented by the South Dakota Cattlemen’s Foundation. The winning “The 210 Burger” made up an estimated 700 of the burgers purchased this year. The “210 Burger” will temporarily added to the Parker’s menu and will be available during the month of February.”It feels great. We had so much fun doing burger battle. It’s a wonderful thing to participate in and we haven’t done it in several years and it’s just blown up in the last few years. In second place was Bread & Circus with the “B&C Raclette Burger” and The Market with the “SoDakGrown Burger” following in third place.The new Downtown Sioux Falls Digital Passport App reported 7,739 votes in the Burger Battle from 3,155 app users. This year shattered previous records of participating restaurants with sixteen restaurants. Compared to 2019, in which an estimated 8,000 total burgers were sold from twelve restaurants. Parker’s Bistro will keep the traveling Downtown Burger Battle trophy until next year. The 8th Annual Downtown Burger Battle is set for January 2021.
