SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — South Dakotan’s long-held appreciation for the shooting sports will once again be on display in Sioux Falls.
Saturday, February 8th, thousands of guests will be heading to the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center to attend the largest gun show in the Midwest.
The Dakota Territory Gun Collector’s Association calls this two-day show ‘THE BIG ONE’ for a good reason. Eleven hundred tables of guns and firearm related merchandise will be on exhibit Saturday and Sunday.
Some come to look and admire and others are searching for a specific firearm or hard to find gun part. When it comes to guns if you want it or need it it’s bound to be at the Dakota Territory gun show.
There will be booths displaying western memorabilia, as well as modern and classic arms; all of which are part of South Dakota’s shooting sport tradition.
This year’s special guests are the Winchester Arms Collector’s Association and the Ohio Gun Collector’s Association. They can help answer firearm related questions.
The show is coming to Sioux Falls February 8 and 9 at the Denny Sanford Convention Center.
Doors open Saturday and Sunday at 9 am. Admission to the public is five dollars.
