PIERRE, S.D. (KELO.com) — There are now at least 28 coronavirus cases in South Dakota, more than double the number less than a week ago.
State officials say South Dakota may have, or is on the verge of having, its first community spread of the disease, in the Huron area.
There are now at least 235 coronavirus cases in Minnesota. That represents a jump of 66 cases in just one day. Minnesota has also reported its first death linked to Covid-19.
As of Monday, there were 105 cases in Iowa, and that’s a significant increase from last report.
