YANKTON, S.D. (KELO.com) — Medical professionals say the best thing you can do if you think you have the coronavirus is to isolate yourself.
Doctor Mike Pietila with the Yankton Medical Clinic says COVID-19 testing now is more for tracking the spread of the disease than for diagnostics.
Pietila says they are seeing more patients with the same symptoms.
He says not enough people are being tested in the state to accurately track the spread of the infection.
Positive tests have been reported in fourteen counties so far.
