SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The City of Sioux Falls is working to restrict gatherings at city-owned facilities to 50 people or less to help fight the coronavirus.
Local restaurants and bars are feeling the effect of COVID-19 and social distancing as much as anyone.
Mayor Paul TenHaken met with local hospitality owners and posted this on Twitter recently:
“This is another look at the impact of COVID-19. Several dozen restaurant/bar employees gathering to discuss real struggles and honestly, just to vent a bit. Please shop local. Order takeout. Get delivery. Buy gift cards. Small businesses are counting on you more than ever.”
