SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — No injuries were reported during a house fire last night in Sioux Falls.
Sioux Falls Fire Rescue responded to a structure fire at 2720 S. Summit Avenue at 7:49 Monday night.
First responders reported smoke coming from the one and a half story residential home. Two residents got out of the home before the fire department arrived.
It took crews about ten minutes to completely extinguish the fire located in the bedroom.
There were no injuries reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Sioux Falls, South Dakota: At 7:49 p.m. on March 30th, 2020 Sioux Falls Fire Rescue responded to a structure fire at 2720 S Summit Ave.
First arriving units reported smoke showing from a one and a half story residential house. The house was occupied at the time of the fire and the 2 residents exited without harm prior to fire department arrival. The fire was contained to the bedroom of origin. It took crews 10 minutes to completely extinguish the fire.
There were no civilian or firefighter injuries reported on scene. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
Sioux Falls Fire Rescue responded with 18 personnel, 4 fire trucks and 2 support vehicles. Sioux Falls Fire Rescue would like to thank Metro Communications, Sioux Falls Police Department, Patient Care Ambulance, Excel Energy and MidAmerican Energy for their assistance.
