SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The Sioux Falls Area Humane Society is offering curbside adoptions to help find homes for animals while practicing social distancing.
The shelter is asking people to pick out an animal online and set up an appointment to pick up the animal at the shelter.
The public isn’t allowed inside the shelter to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
The shelter says “the process will provide the community with a new, safe way to adopt.”
