SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A third person at the Avera Prince of Peace Retirement Community in Sioux Falls has tested positive for COVID-19.
The center announced the additional case Wednesday evening. The statement said staff “isolated the residents as soon as symptoms appeared and have continued to care for them on site.”
Avera said employees and residents are being screened daily for symptoms. No visitors are allowed at the facility during the pandemic.
