SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The Sioux Falls City Council tonight (Tuesday) considers the second reading of the “no lingering” ordinance passed last month.
It would extend the ten or under patrons ordinance to April 22nd.
The ordinance covers restaurants, bars, coffee shops, gyms, theaters, and the like.
Violation of it is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
That’s a $500 fine or 30 days in jail.
The Council meets at 7 p.m. in the Carnegie Town Hall.
