SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Street construction update:
Lane Closure – 41st Street
Beginning on Thursday, April 9, 2020, the outside eastbound lane of West 41st Street will be closed between Spring Avenue and Minnesota Avenue to allow Xcel Energy crews to relocate power poles. This is the first phase of a project adding a right turn lane for eastbound 41st Street onto southbound Minnesota Avenue.
This lane closure is anticipated to last two days. Additional updates will be provided for future phases, however, drivers should expect lane closures in this area again beginning in May.

Lane Closure –
69th Street and Tallgrass Avenue
Beginning on Thursday, April 9, 2020, the inside northbound lane of Tallgrass Avenue will be closed at 69th Street to allow construction crews to perform manhole work in the intersection of 69th Street and Tallgrass Avenue. Southbound traffic will not be impacted.
This work is anticipated to be complete in two weeks.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
