SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — It’s a scourge that’s been in Sioux Falls much longer than the coronavirus. It’s graffiti.
Recently, the entire sides of two buildings were sprayed black with graffiti. One is the south side of the building at 1118 S. Minnesota Avenue at 20th Street and Minnesota Ave. The other is on the west side of 613 W. 41st Street at 41st Street and Duluth Avenue.
Police public information officer Sam Clemens said there was a report filed on the vandalism on the Minnesota Avenue property. Clemens didn’t know if it was gang-related or what the graffiti said.
Both locations had multiple large scrawls on them. It’s not known if the two vandalisms are related or not.
