SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A Sioux Falls day care is closing for two weeks after a staff member tested positive for COVID-19.
Truks-N-Trykes 2, on MacArthur Lane near 57th Street, announced the closure on its social media pages Tuesday.
“This is not an easy decision for us, but it is what is best for the health of our children and the staff,” the day care said on its Facebook page.
Staff from Truks-N-Trykes have reached out to everyone who had contact with the staff member, asking them to quarantine for two weeks.
The day care said it will offer a reduced tuition during the closure.
