SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — South Dakota ranks 24th out of the 50 states in census response rate, according to a new report from the website SmartAsset.
82.3% of households in South Dakota have filled out the census online. Utah ranked first at 93.6%. Minnesota ranked tied for 11th; Iowa ranked 35th.
