WATERTOWN. S.D. (KELO.com) — Eastern South Dakota is under a slight risk of severe thunderstorm development today.
Forecaster Travis Tarver says the main threat with any storms that do develop will be gusty winds and hail.
And there’s another threat of severe weather on Saturday afternoon and Saturday night.
