SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Buffalo County, South Dakota residents are getting a little more on their tax refunds than in other parts of the state, according to a new report.
A study from Smart Asset ranked the county No. 1 in highest average tax refund per person. The full top 10 is below:

Minnehaha County ranked 26th with an average refund of $2,583.
