PIERRE, S.D. (KELO.com) — Governor Kristi Noem says she has absolutely no plans to run for President in 2024.
The former member of Congress was taking questions from the Center for the American Experiment ‘Live’ on Facebook.
“I spend eight years in Washington, D.C. I am so happy to be home in South Dakota.”
She says she started her day getting her horses over to the farriers.
“And I was thinking about how wonderful it is that I get to do that. I don’t remember a day in Washington where I got to start my day like that.”
Some Noem supporters have been pushing her for President, in part because of the way she has handled South Dakota’s response to COVID-19.
The Center for the American Experiment is a conservative organization based in Minnesota.
