SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Street construction update:
Lane Closure – Cliff Avenue
Beginning on Monday, April 20, 2020, the outside northbound lane on North Cliff Avenue will be closed at East Rice Street for concrete repairs.
Construction is expected to take approximately one week.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
Lane Closure – East Tenth Street
Beginning on Monday, April 20, 2020, the outside westbound lane of East Tenth Street will be closed between 12th Street and Bahnson Avenue.
ECI will be performing utility work and is anticipated to be completed by the end of the day on April 22, 2020.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
Lane Closure – Phillips Avenue
Beginning on Monday, April 20, 2020, Phillips Avenue will be closed between 12th Street and 14th Street to allow crews to perform pavement grinding and patching. Southbound traffic will be detoured to Main Avenue. Northbound motorists should utilize either Dakota Avenue or First Avenue.
Work is expected to be completed within two weeks with favorable weather conditions.

Street Closure – Reid Street
Beginning on Monday, April 20, 2020, Reid Street will be closed from Eighth Street to Tenth Street to allow crews to perform underground utility work. Access to businesses will be maintained.
Reid Street is expected to reopen in two to three weeks with favorable weather conditions.
