SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls Police arrest a man and a woman they suspect in setting a fire in an apartment building yesterday.
Joseph Lewis Janis, 33, and Antoinette Marie Warren, 29, both from Sioux Falls, are charged with first-degree arson.
Sioux Falls Fire Rescue responded to an apartment door that was on fire.
The apartment is in the 700 block of West Rice Street.
