SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Street construction update:
Lane Closures – 52nd Street and Kyle Avenue
Beginning on Wednesday, May 13, 2020, sanitary sewer repairs will be performed at the intersection of 52nd Street and Kyle Avenue. Traffic will be maintained around the repair areas, however, lanes will be shifted and narrowed through the work zone.
Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be completed in approximately one week.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
I-229 Interstate and Rice Street Ramp Closure
Beginning on Wednesday, May 13, 2020, the I-229 on and off-ramps to Rice Street will be closed in both directions at 8:30 a.m. The City of Sioux Falls Street Department will be milling and overlay along East Rice Street.
This work is anticipated to be completed by 5 p.m., on Wednesday, May 13, 2020.
