SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A juvenile wanted for a shooting last week in Sioux Falls is captured in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Police say Joseph Robert Cousineau, 17, from Sioux Falls, was wanted in a shooting at 6th and Spring last Tuesday near the Family Dollar store just west of downtown.
He fired a gun at a car and a bullet hit a delivery truck on Minnesota Avenue.
Though Cousineau is 17, he is being charged as an adult on several felony counts.
Bond on his arrest warrant was set at $100,000.
He is awaiting extradition back to South Dakota.
