SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Considerable police and first responder activity mid-afternoon yesterday near the federal courthouse involved a drug bust.
Sioux Falls Police stopped two men, with one of them fleeing.
The driver of the car police pulled over is Adrian Maruice Moore, 43, of Sioux Falls. He faces a number of charges for drugs and a parole violation.
The man who fled is Seth Tyler Spielman, 26, from Sioux Falls. He is faces drug charges and a fleeing police charge. He was treated by paramedics and was released to the police.
Police recovered meth and money.
The car the suspects drove was parked across the street from the federal courthouse. It did not have any license tags on it.

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — We’re not exactly sure what happened downtown Sioux Falls about 4:15 this afternoon, but a man parked a silver mini-van with no license plates on it across from the front of the Federal Courthouse.
Details are sketchy.
Apparently federal marshals saw the man in the vehicle and went to investigate.
The man fled on foot.
The Sioux Falls Police also responded.
The authorities caught the man behind the Sushi Masa Restaurant, which is just south of the federal courthouse.
One witness said the man appeared to be drunk or high.
Sioux Falls Fire Rescue responded and treated the man, who was on the ground.
A Patient Care EMS ambulance also responded.
One detective KELO.com News talked to called the incident “a big mess.”
