SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A car hits and kills a 71-year-old man as he tries to cross North Cliff Avenue in Sioux Falls.
Police Spokesman Sam Clemens says the driver was watching a group of people on the sidewalk, concerned they might step out in the road, when. she says, there was the old man right in front of her car.
The man’s name has not yet been released. He died at the hospital.
