SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) β The Sioux Falls City Council tonight approved the 10-year lease of a vacant building to Start Up Sioux Falls, a non-profit that supports business development.
The building at 6th and Phillips avenue near the Levitt shell formerly housed the Parks and Recreation offices.
Joe Batcheller, President of Downtown Sioux Falls told the Council that the move just made sense. He said, βItβs the perfect fit. Entrepreneurs want to be downtown.β
The small business incubator has said they will invest up to a $1 million to update the building.
