SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — It took only hours to solve Sioux Falls’ latest casino robbery, with a little help from the robbers.
Two men have been quickly jailed for the armed robbery of the Burnside Game Place, Demetrius Jackson, 39, Sioux Falls, and Devon Clark, 33, from Palmdale, California.
Police say Jackson left his backpack behind at the casino, and papers inside the backpack helped the cops nab the suspects.
Both men have been charged with 1st degree robbery and drug charges.
Police are still looking for the handgun used in the crime.
