LINCOLN COUNTY, S.D. (KELO.com) — A Sunday morning accident in Lincoln County, South Dakota led to an arrest. The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department responded to an injury accident this morning on 271st Street near Kerslake Place. The department reports the investigation revealed an eastbound SUV crossed the center line and struck a westbound pickup.
The driver of the SUV, a 38-year-old male from Texas, was arrested. Charges are Lane Driving, DUI 1st Offense, and Abuse or Cruelty of a Minor Age 7+.
