SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) – A Sioux Falls man has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault for his alleged involvement in the shooting at 14th Street and Western avenue.
On Friday morning, December 10th, police were called to the area after a man was shot in the stomach.
Martin Carlos Lopez, 39 years old, was arrested Tuesday near Juniper Place and Pine Meadows Place by the Sioux Falls Police and the Minnehaha County Warrant Task Force
