SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A Sioux Falls man has been indicted by a federal grand jury for failing to register as a sex offender.
37-year-old Cephas Joseph Wood pled not guilty to his indictment, which alleges that between September 17th and November 13th, 2021, Wood failed to update his registration.
If convicted, Wood could face up to 10 years in prison, as well as a $250,000 fine.
A trial date has been set for February 15th, 2021.
