SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls Police say an argument between two employees over cigarettes escalates into a man getting stabbed in the ear with a pick.
The incident took place early Thursday morning in the 600 block of 50th Street North.
The Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Office picked up the suspect as he was walking north of the city.
Travis Glenn Bortnem, 54, from Sioux Falls, is charged with aggravated assault and drug charges.
The victim, a 52-year-old man, went to the hospital and has non-life-threatening injuries.
