SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — South Dakota and the Sioux Falls metro area saw another large increase in coronavirus cases Thursday.
That’s according to the New York Times Coronavirus Tracker.
The state saw an 18% increase to an average of 448 cases over the past week.
Minnehaha County had a 15% increase to an average of 101 cases.
Lincoln County had a 14% increase to 26 cases per day, on average, of the last seven days.
The average number of new cases in the United States reached 94,669 yesterday, a 7 percent increase from the day before.
